Sales Executive / Sr. Sales executive
Qualification : Any Graduate ( Preferable - BE Electronics /E & C/ Computers field,MBA in marketing)
Experience : Proven experience in Sales, preferably within the ELV or Security Systems Industry for 1 to 4 years
Key Responsibility :

Attending Pre-Bid, Site survey, conferences and meetings.

Maintain thorough knowledge of security, Fire, automation & Networking industry trends to ensure full discovery and understanding of customer’s primary business goals,
-
operations, challenges, and requirements.

Visiting potential customers for new business, includes all Government, Pvt, Corporate Customers, Architects & Consultants.

Visit and close sales opportunities with corporate customers.

Interact with End Users, architects, consultants to understand their requirements & design Fire, Safety, Security, Automation solutions as per requirements.

Focus on Monthly sales targets and derive the strategy to achieve the same.

Follow-up & co-ordination with internal department/Customers /Vendors for proposal and orders.
Skills :

Should have excellent communication skills & Should have good command over the English/Hindi.

Should be strong in Techno-commercial.
-
Ability to identify customer needs, effectively communicate solutions, and position.

Effective sales negotiation and closing techniques.
-
Travel required across India
